Photos and other content uploaded to the Services ("User Content") may be publicly visible depending on your account settings. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Public User Content may be viewed, shared, or interacted with by other users
  • Nostal does not control how third parties use publicly available content
  • You retain ownership of your User Content

5. Tokens, Rewards, and Referral Features

Nostal includes activity-based and referral-based engagement features.

Legal Clarifications

  • Nostal's token is not live, not issued, and not available
  • No token currently exists as a crypto-asset, security, or financial instrument
  • Any references to future tokens or rewards are non-binding, promotional, and subject to change or cancellation
  • No promise, guarantee, or expectation of monetary value is made

Data We May Collect

  • User activity metrics
  • Referral relationships
  • Eligibility indicators for internal reward mechanisms

6. Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Operation and maintenance of the Services
